A iMIS Case Study
Pi Beta Phi, a women's fraternity founded in 1867 with 250,000 members across 134 chapters and 300 alumnae groups, needed a more scalable way to leverage member and donor data. Their previous system, Patriot, and several disconnected modules couldn’t keep up with strategic goals, so they sought a single integrated solution to unify information and streamline operations.
They implemented iMIS as a central platform for email marketing, event registration, billing, store operations and merged their fraternity and foundation databases, integrating hundreds of chapter websites and supporting a $6 million fundraising campaign. As a result, Pi Phi can track member participation and purchases, collect dues and receivables more quickly, automate reporting and processes, and analyze trends to improve marketing and member benefits.
