Ohio Manufacturers' Association (OMA), founded in 1910 with more than 1,400 member companies across Ohio’s manufacturing sectors, needed a centralized, flexible system to track the full member lifecycle—from first contact through joining and ongoing engagement—while reducing time-consuming reporting and enabling workers’ compensation customers to run and access their own reports.

OMA implemented iMIS for billing, contact and event management, email/process automation, and a staff portal and member site, adding dashboards and a single-member view for at-a-glance status. As a result, staff and the sales team can quickly pull reports and monitor accounts, workers’ compensation customers access claims and invoices online, and management uses dashboards to track financial performance and institutional goals.
