The National Association of Electrical Distributors (NAED), a St. Louis–based 501(c)(6) not-for-profit, relied on printed catalogs and phone/fax order entry to sell training, research, and educational products. They wanted a vibrant online presence and a single system to manage both their website storefront and member data to boost reach and operational efficiency.
