A iMIS Case Study
Murdoch University, a leading research institution in Perth with 22,000 students and 2,000 staff, faced fragmented donor and constituent records scattered across Excel, Access and FileMaker. The newly created Office of Development needed a central, reliable database to manage donor relationships, fundraising and events more effectively.
The university implemented ASI’s iMIS—an out-of-the-box system tailored for capital campaigns, scholarships, vet hospital fundraising and events—with upgrades delivered on time and on budget. As a result, all donor data is now consolidated in a single database, improving donor satisfaction and staff productivity and allowing the university to focus on strategic database growth supported by ASI and NiUG resources.
