The American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA, founded 1945) is the primary professional organization for baseball coaches with about 15,000 members and an annual convention of more than 10,000 attendees. ABCA was hampered by fragmented systems for membership, event registration, and educational content, creating siloed data that made renewals and benefit access difficult and kept retention around 45%.

ABCA implemented iMIS to centralize membership data, enable single sign-on, automate renewals, and integrate event registration and the video library into a single website hub. As a result, retention rose from about 45% to over 70%, convention attendance doubled, membership grew substantially (about 89%), and early renewals and member engagement increased.
