Feng Shui Association Creates a Better Member Space

The International Feng Shui Association (IFSA), headquartered in Singapore with chapters in six other countries, was founded in 2004 to promote professional standards, research and global awareness of Feng Shui. As membership grew and the economy forced staff reductions, IFSA struggled with manual Excel membership records, slow website updates controlled by a third‑party vendor, no online payment or renewal capability, and the need to find new revenue streams.

IFSA moved to a cloud‑based iMIS system and rebuilt its site with RISE web tools, enabling staff to make instant updates and members to edit their own information and pay for joins and renewals online. The solution streamlined internal processes, simplified fee collection, improved efficiency, and earned IFSA an iMIS Great Things Award; the site was designed by TTG Asia Media.
