The Defense Research Institute (DRI) is an international organization of more than 23,000 attorneys who defend the interests of business and individuals in civil litigation. Faced with an outdated website that made it difficult for staff to support members and forced hours of phone troubleshooting, DRI needed a modern solution to deliver online forums, document libraries, blogs, e-commerce and self-service member tools.

DRI selected iMIS for its speed and ease of use and now manages its entire online presence through the system—members can update profiles, register for events, make purchases, and access educational resources. iMIS also powered a successful conference mobile app (schedule, session materials, attendee messaging), streamlined staff workflows, reduced phone inquiries, enabled faster issue resolution, and provided richer member data to tailor content; the app was used by more than half of attendees.
