The Country Music Association (CMA) in Nashville represents nearly 6,000 music professionals and companies across 40 countries and uses 20 membership categories ranging from artists to studio engineers. CMA needed a system that could quickly search and sort those categories and provide flexible tracking and reporting of member statistics and trends to support targeted outreach and retention.
