CAPR Eliminates Data Silos to Unite Staff Efforts

The Canadian Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulators (CAPR) is a credentialing and assessment agency that provides evaluation services for Canada’s provincial and territorial physiotherapy regulators. CAPR faced fragmented systems and data silos—disparate databases and limited sharing between credentialing and exam administration teams—that left staff without essential monitoring and planning information.

By adopting iMIS to unify data and communications, CAPR eliminated those silos, enabling better sharing between teams and giving staff access to the monitoring and planning information they previously lacked. The result was more coordinated staff efforts and improved operational visibility, recognition of which includes an iMIS Great Things Award.
