Bankers Association Creates Microsites for Collaboration

Texas Bankers Association, the nation’s first state banking association founded in 1885, needed a fast, cost-effective way to launch a microsite for its new Texas Bankers Information Sharing and Collaboration Center to support member collaboration and resource sharing. The challenge was to build a secure, data-rich site in-house without outsourcing or blowing the budget.

The team trained on iMIS RiSE website functionality, produced a wireframe and content, and launched the custom microsite in about a week—saving thousands by keeping development internal. The new site lets staff and the public access tailored data anywhere, improved collaboration, and earned the association an iMIS Great Things Award for its website.
