The Association of Washington School Principals (AWSP) represents about 3,500 K–12 principals, assistant principals and interns across Washington, providing professional development, publications, networking and a career center. AWSP was hampered by an outdated Paradox database that created data silos, lacked integration, controls and reliable reporting, and offered little accountability—prompting a search for a modern, unified system.

AWSP implemented iMIS to centralize member records, events, billing, communications and their website, enabling automation and accurate tracking of complex membership data. In the first year revenue from dues increased as accountability improved; event registrations fell (duplicates and errors eliminated) while event revenue grew, and integrated reporting now delivers a far more accurate view of organizational performance.
