ASBO Improves User Experience with Single-Sign-On
Association of School Business Officials (ASBO) International is a professional association that connects school business leaders and provides resources for effective school finance and operations. After implementing single sign-on across ASBO’s applications and iMIS, the organization faced a fragmented public website built on a third‑party CMS where only RiSE pages delivered data-driven content, prompting a full redesign to improve user experience and content management.
Working with Association Technology Solutions (ATS), ASBO rebuilt the entire site on RiSE, created a dynamic new homepage that pulls tagged lists and Higher Logic content, and received RiSE training so staff could manage content and the sitemap independently. The unified SSO-enabled site enhanced usability, increased staff self-sufficiency, and earned ASBO an iMIS Great Things Award for their website.
