Architect Institute Constructs an Award-Winning Website
The Australian Institute of Landscape Architects (AILA) is a not‑for‑profit professional body representing 3,500+ members across Australia and overseas, focused on improving the planning and management of the natural and built environment. AILA needed to modernize its digital systems and showcase its member value proposition, which required an iMIS upgrade to EMS Enterprise, removal of legacy customizations and an EFT module, plus extensive staff training and change management to support a new website and member experience.
Partnering with Causeis, AILA completed the EMS Enterprise migration, eliminated outdated customizations, delivered iLS training and ran staff change‑management sessions while launching a RISE‑designed website powered by iMIS EMS Enterprise. The result is an award‑winning, member-focused website (iMIS Great Things Award) with streamlined back‑end processes, improved staff adoption and a stronger digital experience for members.
