The Electrical Association (EA) is a trade association serving electrical contractors, engineers and their employees—providing education, workforce development, lobbying and industry resources to 370+ member companies. With a small staff of 11, EA faced inefficient manual processes, fragmented data and limited marketing automation, leaving staff to spend hours reconciling records and manually handling course registrations, certifications and member updates.
