Pyroalliance streamlines 2,000 annual work orders with IMCO Software

Pyroalliance, a European leader in manufacturing pyrotechnic equipment for the aerospace and defense industries, faced challenges with its paper-based production system, including difficulty managing documents and a lack of real-time workshop control. To increase reliability and responsiveness, they partnered with vendor IMCO Software to implement its MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solution.

IMCO Software provided a highly adaptable MES that digitized Pyroalliance's operations. The solution included workshop terminals and tablets for mobility, enabling real-time work order tracking, component traceability, and automated quality controls. This resulted in significant timesavings, increased productivity, and enhanced product quality and reliability for their more than 2,000 annual work orders.
