Pyroalliance, a subsidiary of ArianeGroup and a European leader in pyrotechnic and mechanical equipment for Defense and Aerospace, faced overflowing paper records and ERP (SAP) limitations that reduced responsiveness, reliability and traceability in its Toulon factory. To digitize records, modernize workshops and increase production reliability, Pyroalliance selected IMCO Software (in partnership with Alpha-3i/CIMAG) to deploy a Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

IMCO Software implemented the MES with shop‑floor terminals and tablets, eliminating paper sequencing sheets and enabling direct access to more than 2,000 work orders per year across 200+ product references. The solution enforces component batch/expiry checks, tooling conformity with automatic shut‑offs on non‑conformances, and provides real‑time work‑order monitoring and equipment traceability — delivering measurable gains in responsiveness, productivity and product quality while reducing errors and enabling anticipatory maintenance, all credited to IMCO Software’s deployment and support.
