Permaswage, a US‑based world leader in permanent fluid connections for the aviation industry, faced a need for more reliable production indicators, stronger quality control and a better ERP–MES connection after changing their ERP. To solve this they engaged IMCO Software to update and deploy the IMCO - CIMAG Production MES (and IMCO - CIMAG Attendance for HR/time management).

IMCO Software (with partner Alpha‑3i) implemented the new IMCO - CIMAG Production solution, achieving deployment in about 3–4 months and covering roughly 90% of Permaswage’s needs; about 80 production operators now use the system. The upgraded ERP–MES integration and more ergonomic interface delivered richer, measurable indicators (return rate, production time %, machine time allocation, scrap rate), faster on‑machine issue reporting, improved time management and attendance tracking, and better resource planning—strengthening quality control and helping Permaswage anticipate peaks and optimize staffing.
