La Martiniquaise, a leading French spirits group, faced paper-based production tracking, frequent machine downtimes and a need to modernize workshop traceability and reliability. Seeking an MES that would integrate with their existing CMMS (Carl Software), the company selected IMCO Software and deployed IMCO - CIMAG Production to connect production execution with maintenance workflows.
IMCO Software implemented IMCO - CIMAG Production at La Martiniquaise’s Charenton site and integrated it with Carl Software, enabling operators to log breakdowns in the MES which automatically generates CMMS intervention orders. The result was faster maintenance response and a marked reduction in prolonged downtimes, work-order retrieval time cut from up to a day to under an hour, clearer root-cause visibility to justify equipment investments, and a paperless, more traceable production environment.
