IMCO Software delivered a highly visual MES tool that provided clear sequencing of work orders to operators and comprehensive oversight to managers. The solution, integrated with CIMAG Attendance software, enabled pull production and better workforce scheduling. Results included faster issue identification, improved on-time delivery, and greater customer trust. IMCO Software's solution also made internal processes more flexible and set the stage for fully removing the ERP from the workshop.
