Case Study: Aubrilam achieves CE certification and full production traceability with IMCO Software (CIMAG Production)

Aubrilam, a Clermont-Ferrand–based specialist in lighting columns, wooden poles and outdoor furniture with about 70 employees, needed rigorous production traceability and a 360° view of operations to win CE certification and expand internationally. After benchmarking vendors, Aubrilam selected IMCO Software and its IMCO - CIMAG Production MES (plus a Time and Activity Management tool) to replace manual ERP data entry and capture real-time production data across inbound logistics, machining and quality control.

IMCO Software implemented CIMAG Production integrated with Aubrilam’s ERP and a Time and Activity Management solution, adding shop‑floor visual management, automated work orders and real‑time KPIs. The MES delivered the four months of traceability required for CE marking, gave Aubrilam accurate performance metrics, and produced measurable productivity, reliability and scheduling gains—positioning the company as the only CE‑certified player in its market and strengthening its international competitiveness.
