The firm’s challenge was to achieve meaningful productivity gains and a new way of working that would support a value- and outcome-oriented business model while enabling greater flexibility and collaboration for lawyers.

Webber Wentzel implemented iManage Work in the Cloud tightly integrated with Microsoft Office 365, partnering with Co-operative Computing to accelerate a planned 12‑month upgrade into a four‑month rollout. The cloud-based platform, AI-powered search and Microsoft Power Platform automation allowed remote access without VPN, minimal training and faster collaboration—resulting in 18 minutes saved per hour for lawyers and shrinking trade council submissions from seven months to three weeks.
