Vella, Pugliese, Buosi, Guidoni (VPBG) is a leading São Paulo law firm with 150 lawyers working across multiple offices and remotely. The firm’s on-premises legacy document system—patchy connectivity, no effective search across millions of documents, and no ERP integration—slowed access to information, hurt billable hours and made compliance with Brazil’s data protection rules costly and risky.

With support from partner TOTVS, VPBG migrated to iManage Work 10 in the Cloud and implemented iManage Share and iManage Threat Manager, initially moving about 1 million documents (now 5 million) and integrating the platform with their ERP.
