PMV deployed iManage Share—integrated with iManage Work and iManage Mobility—to provide secure, EU-compliant file sharing and direct upload links for bidders. The solution made documents easy to access and proposals easy to submit (follow-through rose to nearly 100%), eliminated manual data imports, allowed tender cutoffs by deactivating upload links, and cut the time from bid opening to winner selection by several weeks.
