Pemberton Greenish Simplifies Transition from Envision with iManage

Pemberton Greenish LLP, a central London law firm focused on Real Estate, Private Wealth and Corporate law, was facing the end-of-life of its Thomson Reuters Envision practice management system and found Envision’s built-in document management limiting. To avoid a full immediate replacement and simplify future change, the firm chose to separate documents from the practice management system and migrate them to a dedicated document management platform.

Pemberton Greenish selected iManage Work and, with Tiger Eye Consulting, completed an on-premises migration of two million legacy documents over a few months (moving older files first and finishing the last 100,000 just before go-live). The move removed nearly half of their content from Envision, reduced potential downtime during future practice management upgrades, and delivered faster, more reliable search, email and document handling that improves daily productivity and client service.
