Klinedinst Attorneys Migrate Document Management To The Imanage Cloud

Klinedinst Attorneys, a San Diego law firm founded in 1983 with more than 85 litigators and transactional lawyers serving clients across California, Washington, Arizona and Nevada, needed to future-proof its document management. The firm wanted greater stability, mobility, secure remote access, improved co-authoring and new ways of working, so leadership conducted due diligence, engaged third-party vetting and built a business case to migrate to a cloud platform that met strict security and collaboration requirements.

Klinedinst selected iManage Work 10 in the Cloud, kicked off migration in May 2019 and went live three months later with support from a systems integrator and comprehensive user training to drive adoption. The move delivered fast, secure access to documents from anywhere, simpler collaboration, improved efficiency and increased billable hours, and the firm is now planning further integrations (like Microsoft Teams) to centralize its digital workspace.
