Bird & Bird is a global law firm with more than 1,100 lawyers across 27 offices. Ahead of consolidating 650 London staff into a new open-plan headquarters, the firm needed to refresh aging printers and improve mobility, collaboration and confidentiality—employees were frustrated by poorly integrated MFPs that forced them to leave meetings to print or wait for jobs.

Bird & Bird worked with Landscape Group and iManage to deploy iManage Document Process Automation and HP FLOW MFPs with single sign-on and secure “follow me” pull printing. The integrated solution lets users search, preview, print and scan documents from any MFP or mobile device, improving efficiency, security and client service while reducing waste and expected printing costs—employees report faster, more intuitive workflows and better collaboration.
