ASX’s legal and listings compliance teams work smarter, not harder, in iManage Cloud

ASX, Australia’s primary securities exchange, needed to modernize document management for its internal legal and listings compliance teams (100+ users). Their legacy on‑premises iManage setup was nearing end‑of‑support and limited by Outlook access and manual filing, creating risks around version control, secure sharing and governance.

Working with partner OIA, ASX migrated to iManage Work 10 in the Cloud and rolled out iManage Drive, migrating data from SharePoint and creating separate libraries for legal and compliance. The cloud solution automated email filing, strengthened version control and audit trails, improved search and collaboration, delivered on time and on budget, reduced operational overhead and saved users an estimated 30–60 minutes per day.
