Felsberg Advogados, a respected São Paulo–based law firm founded in 1970 with about 140 knowledge workers, faced frequent power outages that interrupted access to its on‑premises document management system and even corrupted storage during a major outage. The firm needed a future‑ready platform that would ensure business continuity, strengthen data governance and security, and automate monitoring to detect suspicious activity more quickly.

Working with long‑time partner TOTVS, Felsberg migrated to iManage Work 10 in the Cloud and adopted iManage Share and Threat Manager. The move enabled secure collaboration and virtual data rooms, Outlook integration, real‑time threat alerts that helped prevent a data export incident, and improved search and productivity—allowing staff to work remotely during outages while maintaining stronger security and governance at the same cost as the prior on‑premises setup.
