Travel Wifi, a company formed from the merger of three international hotspot providers, partnered with Imaginary Cloud to combine their different products into a single e-commerce platform. Their challenge was to create a unified look and feel that conveyed their offer while reducing user effort and guiding customers through a new, seamless journey.

Imaginary Cloud implemented their proprietary Product Design Process and utilized a Specialized Squad model to develop the solution using Ruby on Rails and MySQL. The result was a user-centered platform that significantly reduced user effort. This project enabled Travel Wifi to become the market leader in the travel wifi space, achieving the growth goals set at the beginning of the project.
