The challenge was to re-engineer the core Composer module, which dynamically manages the visual structure of user apps, to enhance its performance, flexibility, and long-term scalability for thousands of users worldwide.

Imaginary Cloud completely re-implemented the V7 Composer, rewriting 195 templates from the ground up using Django, TypeScript, and modern web technologies. The solution delivered a significantly more scalable, maintainable, and performant module. This provided a future-ready foundation for GoodBarber, improved the developer experience, and reduced technical debt across the entire platform.
