G7FX, a trading education platform, needed to automate access to its Discord community to facilitate direct interaction between students and mentors. They partnered with vendor Imaginary Cloud to develop an automation agent that would manage this process and minimize human intervention.

Imaginary Cloud implemented a solution using TypeScript and Node.js to create a system that integrated with Stripe, PayPal, and ClickFunnels. This automated the granting and revoking of Discord access based on subscription status. The results included the full automation of the access process, a reduction in required human interactions from two people to a single bot, and a significant decrease in human error, which enhanced overall accuracy and efficiency for G7FX.
