Advania, a leading Nordic IT service provider, needed a modern system to support its new Service Centre and goal of processing one million refurbished IT devices per year. Their existing manual processes were inefficient and error-prone. To address this challenge, Advania partnered with Imaginary Cloud to develop a new, integrated Reproduction Process System (RPS).

Imaginary Cloud designed and implemented the RPS, successfully digitizing the entire refurbishment workflow. The solution automated processes to reduce manual data entry and human interaction, which accelerated the overall workflow and minimized errors. This scalable system, built with technologies like React and Python, allowed Advania to handle its high volume of devices efficiently.
