Brand Engagement Social Campaign for KIA K5 (Optima)

Seedpost, a digital communication agency, faced the challenge of matching KIA’s highly customizable K5 (Optima) model to users’ lifestyles without relying on questionnaires. For the campaign, Seedpost used Imagga’s Auto-Tagging API (and later its Color Extraction API) to analyze images from users’ Facebook and Instagram feeds and infer lifestyle, color and design preferences that correspond to 36 K5 profile types.

Seedpost integrated Imagga’s APIs into the campaign flow so users select three social images, Imagga returns descriptive tags and color hexes, and those outputs are mapped to the 36 K5 profiles to recommend a personalized model. Imagga supported the solution with up to 600 concurrent requests per minute and a 99.98% uptime SLA; the campaign delivered measurable impact with campaign stats of 3.5M and 840K results, demonstrating stronger profiling and targeted engagement.
