Queen's University Library improves navigation and WCAG accessibility with ImageX on Drupal 10

Queen's University Library needed to modernize its digital presence as its website was built on an outdated Drupal 7 platform that was approaching end-of-life. The challenge was to not only upgrade to Drupal 10 but also to completely reimagine the site to make it more user-friendly, especially for new students unfamiliar with academic library services. To address this, they partnered with vendor ImageX for a comprehensive redesign and re-platforming project.

ImageX executed a three-phase solution involving research and strategy, design, and development. The result was a modern, scalable Drupal 10 website with improved information architecture and an enhanced, accessible user experience. The new site empowers students and faculty to easily access resources and engages the community, reflecting the library's commitment to innovation and inclusivity.
