Tempe Fire Medical Rescue sought to reduce non-emergent 911 calls and better serve its community through data-driven insights. ImageTrend's solution provided Tempe Fire with the Report Writer tool to extract data, create custom reports, and perform analysis. This enabled them to identify key patient populations and feed data into their own predictive models. As a result, Tempe Fire achieved a 49% reduction in non-emergent calls over a six-month period. ImageTrend's tools allowed them to discover that just two patients accounted for a significant percentage of their annual call volume, profoundly impacting response times and crew availability.
