iLobby worked with a global pharma organization that was relying on a manual, paper-based visitor process that had become unmanageable as daily traffic grew from a handful of visitors to 200–300 visitors and contractors. The company also needed better support for ISO 27001 audit requirements, including accurate records of who visited, how long they stayed, and who their host was, so it turned to iLobby’s VisitorOS visitor management platform.

With iLobby’s VisitorOS, the organization automated visitor registration, tracking, badge issuance, and digital logging across multiple facilities, creating a more consistent and secure process. After a successful pilot at one site, it rolled out to six additional sites, improving check-in speed, reducing manual work for reception staff, strengthening compliance and audit readiness, and adding flexibility to quickly introduce health screening during COVID-19.
