Valmet, a global leader in process technologies, automation, and services, needed a better way to manage visitors, contractors, and emergency response across more than 40 North American locations. Its manual pen-and-paper processes were outdated, inconsistent from site to site, and created compliance and safety risks, especially around OSHA and ISO requirements.

iLobby implemented FacilityOS, including VisitorOS and EmergencyOS, to digitize visitor registration, pre-registration, contractor safety orientations, and emergency alerts across Valmet’s sites. The result was standardized processes company-wide, faster and more reliable emergency communications, easier auditing, and a dramatic reduction in contractor training time from up to an hour to about 5 minutes, while improving visitor tracking and overall compliance.
