GTAA, which operates Toronto Pearson International Airport, needed a faster and more accurate way to manage visitor, workforce, and VIP sign-ins in a highly regulated, high-security environment. Before iLobby, the airport relied on manual check-ins, stickers, PVC passes, and lengthy screening steps that could take 10 to 15 minutes or even up to an hour for groups.
iLobby implemented visitor sign-in kiosks and a centralized visitor management dashboard to automate check-ins, screening, badge printing, and reporting. The result was a 90% reduction in time to issue visitor passes, sign-ins completed in as little as 1 to 2 minutes, reports generated in 30 seconds instead of hours or days, and easier remote management of multiple locations and entrances.
