Bristol Waste streamlines city-wide content publishing with Illustrate Digital and WordPress

Bristol Waste, the organization responsible for waste collection and recycling for the City of Bristol, partnered with Illustrate Digital to design and engineer a new website. Their key challenge was to upgrade from their existing platform to one that would provide their communications team with the flexibility to easily create and maintain their own content.

Illustrate Digital designed a new user experience and engineered a custom WordPress website for Bristol Waste. The solution leveraged the Gutenberg editor, enabling the communications team with little technical knowledge to independently build new pages and publish rich content. As a result, the Bristol Waste team no longer needs to rely on the vendor for site expansion, empowering them to focus on publishing quality content to help the community recycle more and waste less.
