Bolton High School sought to modernize the aging lighting across its baseball, softball, soccer, and tennis fields and parking areas. The school partnered with lighting vendor IKIO for a comprehensive LED sports lighting solution.

IKIO implemented a tailored, end-to-end approach, starting with a detailed site assessment and deploying their high-efficiency 750W athletic lighting fixtures. The installation was carefully phased to avoid disruption. This solution from IKIO delivered significant results, including over 224,208 kWh in annual energy savings and more than $16,000 in annual cost savings. The lighting levels improved by 41%, enhancing playability, safety, and spectator comfort while providing the school with greater scheduling flexibility and reduced maintenance.
