Robinson College, part of the University of Cambridge, needed a simpler way to manage staff health and safety and compliance training. With shift patterns, annual leave, and other scheduling challenges making it difficult to book people onto in-person sessions, the college turned to iHASCO’s eLearning course library, including topics such as Fire Awareness, Mental Health Awareness, and New & Expectant Mothers at Work.

iHASCO provided Robinson College with a straightforward, easy-to-use online alternative that staff could complete at any time to suit their needs. The college now uses around 20 iHASCO courses, with over 100 employees accessing the library, helping improve training flexibility, support safe working, and work toward legislative compliance.
