Bespak by Recipharm is a global leader in drug delivery device manufacturing, employing 600+ people in Norfolk. The company needed an engaging, consistent way to deliver Health & Safety and HR compliance training that would support its “Safe By Choice, Not By Chance” culture and help colleagues consistently work safely, especially as older training methods became difficult to manage.

Using iHasco’s eLearning platform and courses such as Fire Awareness, COSHH, Mental Health Awareness, and DSE, Bespak by Recipharm was able to modernize training delivery and track progress easily through the dashboard. The solution helped them deliver fire training to an additional 51 people, save over an hour per person, and receive a 4/5 rating from colleagues, while also making future home-working assessments much more efficient.
