Abbeycroft Leisure, a not-for-profit social enterprise operating 15 facilities across Suffolk and Cambridgeshire, needed an efficient way to keep staff trained and compliant across health and safety requirements. As a result, Abbeycroft Leisure says it has greater confidence in a robust, skilled workforce, while managers can more easily identify where support is needed; the organisation also won the Community Leisure Workforce Development Award in 2019, reflecting its commitment to staff development.
