The iGUIDE Camera is a Lucrative Option for Tier One Real Estate Photographer

Solution Gate, a Toronto-area real estate photography company, needed a faster way to offer clients more options and keep up with demand in a competitive market. When a broker asked owner Pasha Amidi to start offering iGUIDE, he added the iGUIDE camera and 360-degree virtual tour service to his lineup of property media offerings.

With iGUIDE, Solution Gate was able to speed up production, provide accurate floor plans and virtual tours, and attract new business. iGUIDE helped double daily bookings from six or seven properties to about 10, brought in 150 to 200 new clients, and by September 2020 accounted for 25% of shoots, helping keep the company booked up to two weeks in advance.
