Leading Multinational Bank launched a company-wide BPM initiative to transform operations but initial efforts produced some 120,000 out-of-date process maps, were consultant-driven, lacked C‑level support and could not reconcile data across technology silos to produce reliable KPIs. To support its “Operation Excellence” program the bank adopted the iGrafx solution (including iGrafx Performance Central™ dashboards and an iGrafx Center of Excellence) to shift to a “measure first” approach and put process mapping into the hands of subject-matter experts.
iGrafx delivered easy-to-use modeling tools, rapid 4–6 week pilots, dashboarding and scorecards, and training/coaching tied to Six Sigma methods so business teams owned continuous improvement work. As a result, iGrafx is used by over 750 active mappers, 70 dashboard creators and about 1,000 regular users; the bank identified and acted on excess travel spend and used iGrafx dashboards to reveal poor offshore HR performance, prompting a return to in‑sourcing—demonstrating measurable, enterprise-wide decision-making driven by iGrafx.
