Growthwise is a small accounting and advisory firm in Newcastle NSW (led by Steph Hinds, Head Ninja) that supports just over 300 small businesses. They previously relied on WorkflowMax and ABA files from Xero for proposals and payments and found the end-to-end process—sending proposals, getting sign-off, handling Direct Debit forms and creating monthly ABA files—slow and administratively heavy until they turned on Ignition App.

Ignition App implemented Smart Proposals, Automatic Payments, a Business Insights dashboard, scope-management tools, compliance automation and seamless Xero integrations. As a result, proposals are accepted much faster, payments are collected and marked in Xero automatically, and Growthwise reports saving about 3 hours per client per year, with improved MRR visibility, better scope control and substantially reduced admin.
