Ignite Technologies implemented MyAlerts to send back-in-stock emails, capture real-time SKU/category/brand demand, and deliver inventory-conversion insights. The program now has over 2 million active stock alerts, captured $600 million in previously lost opportunity, drives roughly $2M in recaptured online sales each month, and has improved The Home Depot’s sales-to-inventory ratio.
