BJB GmbH & Co, a global supplier in the lighting and appliance industry, faced fragmented customer data, limited marketing and sales control, lost information and slow reaction to market changes. To address these challenges they selected Ignite Technologies and its Saratoga CRM to provide a single, structured database with sales functionality, MS Outlook integration and multi-device access.
Ignite Technologies implemented Saratoga CRM (initially 110 licenses) with WordExcelGenerator, an iPad app and local partner-supported rollout, plus user training and process standardization. The solution centralized data and streamlined workflows—quote creation and follow-ups now happen entirely inside the CRM—and cut customer-visit preparation from up to 2–3 hours down to minutes, delivered 360° reports and improved user adoption and responsiveness across global subsidiaries.
