WAGPET (Western Australian General Practice Education and Training Ltd), the sole GP registrar training provider in WA with 50 staff managing around 590 registrars and 180 new intakes a year, faced slow, manual processes because its CRM and LMS were not integrated. Ignite Technologies was engaged to address these challenges using a Pivotal CRM-based solution (Specialist360) to automate and streamline registrar training, placement and compliance workflows.

Ignite Technologies implemented Specialist360 to integrate CRM, LMS and the WAGPET web portal, deliver two‑way placement matching and provide business‑intelligence dashboards; the core solution was delivered within six weeks and has been enhanced over time. The result: processes that once required days of manual Excel work now run in seconds, compliance reporting to the Department of Health is automated, managers get near real‑time BI for decision‑making, administrative overheads were significantly reduced without increasing headcount, and staff satisfaction markedly improved.
