Citizens Advice Medway, a local charity, was using unsupported Microsoft Server operating systems and an on-premise Exchange Server, which left them highly vulnerable to cyberattacks and data breaches. To address these critical security risks, they partnered with Iglu for a cloud migration solution.

Iglu migrated the charity's entire infrastructure to the cloud using Microsoft 365 and Azure. This involved moving emails to Exchange Online with Microsoft Defender protection, migrating data to SharePoint and OneDrive, and providing access to Sage accounting software via Azure Virtual Desktop. The solution, which also included deploying Azure Active Directory with multi-factor authentication, allowed the charity to decommission its old servers entirely.
